Oklahoma Academy's annual 5K & 2.5K Health Run/Walk is a fun way to get in shape for the season. The beautiful country course makes for a refreshing morning run and provides great hills training for anyone training for a longer run. The students of the Oklahoma Academy Anatomy & Physiology class will be doing free blood pressure screening and a complimentary vegan brunch will be provided after the event. Medals and awards will be given to winners in each catagory and every participant will receive a goodie bag and t-shirt. 

Event details and schedule

Arrive Sunday, October 20, for registration at 7:30 AM in The Country Store. Race starts at 8:00 AM. The course is in the country and has a couple gentle hills, making this a nice run for your hills training.

After the run, a complimentary vegetarian brunch will be provided at the Oklahoma Academy Cafeteria at 9:30 AM.
